Application Flow
The Credit Key application can be a standalone experience or offered within the Checkout flow.
How it work?
Customers can apply for a total credit line(TCL) by either using a standalone application flow or within the Checkout flow. The customer applies once, and uses their total credit line for all purchases.
Standalone flow: The standalone Apply Now flow can be performed via a proprietary merchant Apply Now link, by using the JavaScript SDK only, or via a hybrid integration (APIs and SDK).
In-Checkout Flow: Additionally, the Apply Now flow is available in Checkout for new customer who haven't yet applied upstream in the shopping experience. Apply Now link, On-Site Messaging, other marketing campaigns are the preferred methods for new applicants. For new customers, the Apply Now flow is invoked in checkout, and once completed, the session resumes and the Checkout flow is completed.
